DEFIBRILLATOR
& Village Emergency Telephone System (V.E.T.S.)

Located in the Telephone Box, If, as a result of ringing 999 the operator tells you to get the defibrillator, you will be given a key code to access the defibrillator. You should then ring the Village EmergencyTelephone System on 242999 and ask the village volunteer who answers to fetch it for you. (This number can also be used in a domestic emergency, without dialling 999, and the volunteer will try to help you).

DOG OWNERS

are kindly requested to clean up after their animals in the village area.  Four Dog Waste Bins are provided – two near the bridge, and two on the outskirts of the village.  In the interest of neighbourliness, we would ask that dogs are kept on a lead whilst in the village and if you take your dog out at night PLEASE TAKE A TORCH so that you can clear up if needed.
